Rail wagon treatment systems
Dust-Check is an acrylic-vinyl emulsion specially formulated to provide optimum penetration and bonding when applied to fine or granular material.
It is easily diluted with water (up to 1:30) to provide superior cohesion and elasticity. As such it is ideal for treating rail wagons loaded with dusty material. One spray application seals the top layers preventing any nuisance dust during transit.
We Design, Build and Install a complete application system to apply the Dust-Check. The systems are fully automated and the equipment is packaged and fitted in a modified container. A number of different trigger mechanisms are available to operate the system including a manual switch allowing the operators to treat wagons at their discretion.
Dust-Check has been successfully used to treat a number materials including - Coal, fly ash and aggregates.
